Aluminum Space Frame Domes

nowadays parallel with advancement of science and technology and thanks to existence of varieties of masonry . demands have been raised for design of new structures in development of which due account has been made of factors of time, cost and high efficiency . this has enhanced the tendency towards use of prefabricated structures that place broader spaces at the disposal of the user , and that their costruction is fast and more accurate. consequently , since the beginning of the present century, certain specialists have been attracted by unique capacities of space structures that in their view satisfy much of new requirements , and have achieved very positive resultss in their search.

in those structures the load transfer in axial , where the members and joints are prefabricated and will be placed in their pre-designed locations. accordingly, all members have the potential of being rapidly erected , enjoyning inter alia high rigidity and low weight. Thanks to their high rigidity, deformation in these structures is very low. Furthermore, lighting, ventilation, and passage of installations in and through those structures are rather facile; and thanks to their alloy coating, they do enjoy resistance vis a vis corrosion.

Aluminum is being vastly used in construction industry . It was initially used in construction of windows , handles and staircases, and then for the facade of buildings. presently , this metal with various alloys is used together with space structures in fabrication of pliable ceilings and sport stadiums. As this metal cannot be welded, and has a brittle behavior, its joints are rather special , mainly consisting of bolts and nuts.

The roof structure is made of three major and several minor sections, all of which have complex specifications in terms of accuracy and design and manner of construction . In terms of actual price, the main costs pertain to the three major sections, which are explained in general terms below:

Main Bemas ( Roof Support Main Elements)

The main beams are made of aluminum extrude process with the aloy of 6061-t6. Compact air or water will be used to cool off the metal. The accuracy in extrude will be enhanced where compact air is used for cooling. The blister on beams is for joining ceiling roof covering sheets, which will be constructed at special angle and with special measurment with the aid of an application produced by our company's experts. The roof covering sheets loads, the snow and wind load, and all other types of load, which will be developed depending on the region and purpose for which the ceiling is made, will enter the beams harmoniously, and will be ultimately transferred to main support by support sections and element fixer (flanges) .

Support Sections and Element fixers (flangers)

Support Sections and ceiling beam fixers are made of aluminum extrude process with 6061-t6 and 6063-t6 alloys. They differ in terms of diameter and thickness as well as the angle between the holes on the these support sections and element fixers, depending on the type of ceiling

Ultimate Roof Covering

Roof covering sheets are made of aluminum with 6063-t6 alloy. The diameter of sheets, manner of shearing and pressing thereof depend on the size of the ceiling. amount of members and the load imposed on the ceiling.
